Last year at a Punk Rock Bowling pool party, we met a rad woman called Babbs Lopez. You may know her as one half of improv twin genius comedians Babbs and Maria. Read their story in VoyageLA here.

She contacted us about making a custom shirt for her friend Heidi. We asked her to tell you about it.

“I ordered a custom shirt, which would be a gift for my friend, and first time mommy to be.

Mind you, this was right around the holidays. I didn’t expect it to arrive until after the holidays, which was ok.

The shirt not only arrived before Christmas, but it was the coolest looking shirt ever.

The gals helped me choose the Prince shirt (my friend’s favorite artist), got it ordered, snip snipped, got the zippers on and it was shipped to me within days!

I was able to give it to my friend, at the hospital, the night before she gave birth. She opened it up, and once she realized what exactly it was, her eyes welled up. 

I’m so grateful, and so happy to support such a great business that’s run by bad ass caring women. Highly recommend 💜”
